COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN WEBSITE LAUNCHES

 

(April 25, 2023, Salisbury, Maryland) The Wicomico County Health Department (WiCHD), in partnership with the Somerset County Health Department and TidalHealth, is happy to announce the launch of the Healthy Delmarva website. The Healthy Delmarva website hosts information from our latest Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) provides interactive tools and graphs for key health data in our community.

One such tool is findhelp, a searchable network of free and reduced cost services/providers within the area. Community members can use this tool to search for local food pantries, healthcare providers and housing assistance. Findhelp is funded by TidalHealth through a grant from the Maryland General Assembly as part of the Maryland Health Equity Resource Act.
