Effective 03/18/2020, Community Health Services will provide limited services. Staff will still answer incoming calls. Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) treatment programs and the Tuberculosis program will be the only clinical services provided until further notice.

HIV Counseling and Testing (Confidential & Anonymous)
- Pre and Post test counseling services
- No fee for service
HIV Partner Notification
- Assists HIV positive persons, health care providers, and others in the notification of partners who have been exposed to HIV
- Appointment recommended
HIV/ AIDS Prevention Education
- Provides basic HIV / AIDS education to the community: modes of transmissions, risk reduction methods and skills demonstrations
- Outreach Activities
- Presentations provided upon request
- No fee for service
HIV Case Management
- Provides comprehensive multidisciplinary care to HIV infected individuals who live in Wicomico County
- Provides information and referrals to appropriate community resources

HIV Seropositive Clinic
- Provides comprehensive HIV care to persons age 16 and over who have HIV infection and are uninsured

- Provides financial assistance (medications, specialty medical care, food transportation) when there is no other method of payment available

Eastern Region HIV Care Consortium
- Designed to plan and develop comprehensive outpatient health and support services for individuals with HIV disease.
- Reflects needs specific to the region

Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)
- Provides financial assistance (rent, utilities) for the housing needs of HIV infected persons and their families
