Conflict Resolution for Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

 This skill building program helps individuals achieve better outcomes when faced with a conflict at their job, at home or in social settings. 

The emphasis is on developing certain skills in each individual which empowers them to better manage situations and avoid the feeling of no control over the circumstances they face. This project is funded by a grant from the Maryland Mediation and Conflict Resolution Office (MACRO) and in conjunction with Wicomico County Health Department.
