Welcome to the Wicomico Somerset Regional Core Service Agency (CSA).  The CSA is the public mental health authority for Wicomico and Somerset Counties in Maryland.  We want to provide easy access to information about the CSA, the Maryland Public Mental Health System (PMHS) and mental health topics, in general.

CISM offers victims, survivors, witnesses, first responders and care givers disaster response by offering:
- Prevention: pre-incident education and preparation
- Intervention: reduce impact through symptom stabilization & reduction
- Recovery: restore to functional capacity and identify those individuals who need further assessment/care
