Insurance Information and Agency Billing Process
If you have insurance coverage, it is important that you understand the terms of your coverage. Health insurance providers have specific requirements regarding in-network coverage that must be met before they will authorize the payment of benefits for services rendered. The WiCHD will bill and attempt to secure payment from all the insurance companies you provide during the Admission process. You may be financially responsible for all or part of the charges for services rendered to you by our Agency that are not paid by your insurance company.
If it is determined that you are financially responsible for services, you will be billed by our Agency at 30-day intervals.
If you do not have insurance, your financial responsibility will be determined based on wage statements supplied by you during the Admission process.
Payment is appreciated at the time services are rendered, or we will bill you at 30-day intervals. As forms of payment we accept cash, check and money orders. We also accept (in person only) bank cards used as credit/debit, VISA, Mastercard and Discover.
