Transportation of Medical Assistance recipients (who do not have restricted eligibility such as QMB, Primary Adult Care, or Family Planning Coverage) to/from covered non-emergency medical services, including ambulance and wheelchair van services.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (within the Salisbury/Delmar/Fruitland parameters). Outside these areas, service is available M-F from 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. every 2 hours.
Requests shall be made by 12 noon the day before ride is needed for local trips.
Out-of-county trip requests shall be made 2 days before ride is needed and require a referral from Primary Care Provider.
All service is wheelchair accessible.
No fee, but must have valid Medical Assistance card
