- Regional Resource
Center (RRC)
- The Regional
Resource Center offers free services to assist parents,
caregivers, educators, agencies, and anyone involved with
the life and care of children with special needs, from birth
to age 21. We serve Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester
Counties. The services available include: a private room
for families with special needs containing a computer (for
internet access), fax and copy
machine, books, videos & magazines.

library. If the library is closed, so are we.

- Immigrant Health
Initiative
- Provides assistance
in accessing preventative health services to uninsured
immigrant pregnant, and post-partum women, uninsured
immigrant children under the age of 18 whose family income
is at or below 250% of the federal poverty level.
