• $20.00 each, (cash only)

  • Must present photo ID

  • Must be parent to obtain child's certificate

  • Must be the person named or parent to obtain an adult's certificate

  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm

• Copies of death certificates $20.00 per certificate

  • Can be obtained by Funeral Directors or family members (for 30 days)

  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am - 4pm.
