Cancer and Tobacco Coalition
Mission
The mission of the Coalition is to provide Wicomico County residents, particularly the underserved populations, with access to tobacco and cancer control resources for the purposes of education, prevention, and advocacy.

The Coalition has many great member organizations! Work in a cancer or tobacco related field? Interested in becoming more involved with the community through health?
All Wicomico County community organizations are encouraged to join the Tobacco and Cancer Coalition in its efforts to serve the residents of Wicomico County. Membership allows organizations to make sure that both the Coalition and Wicomico County Health Department are aware of the needs of the community that they represent. Membership is free.

This directory includes pertinent information regarding each of the Coalition's members. In this way, all members have a larger, clearer network of contacts within the Cancer and Tobacco fields.

Grants are made available through the Wicomico County Cigarette Restitution Fund Tobacco Program periodically so that community organizations can take on their own tobacco prevention projects within their own communities and neighborhoods.
