Communicable Disease

Services are provided to residents of Wicomico County.

  • Immigration Testing
    • Provides required testing and immunizations for individuals living in Wicomico County who are seeking a change in citizenship status
    • Appointment is required
    • Hours vary weekly
    • Immunization Fees:
      • Adults - no charge for screening
      • $67.00 for first visit (may be reduced based on a financial interview)
      • $39.00 for each additional visit (may be reduced based on a financial interview)
      • Additional fees may be required for specific adult vaccines
      • Children's Fees: $20.00
      • Additional fees may be required for specific child vaccines

     

  • Immunizations
    • Provides Immunizations to infants, children and adults
    • Provides rabies vaccines as necessary
    • Hours vary weekly
    • Immunization Fees:
      • Adults - no charge for screening
      • $67.00 for first visit (may be reduced based on a financial interview)
      • $39.00 for each additional visit (may be reduced based on a financial interview)
      • Additional fees may be required for specific adult vaccines
      • Children's Fees: $20.00
      • Additional fees may be required for specific child vaccines

  • Tuberculosis Program

     

  • Outbreak Investigation
    • Reduces the incidence of communicable disease through aggressive investigation, surveillance and educational measures in the community
    • Hours: Monday through Friday: 8am - 5pm

  • Sexually Transmitted Disease
    • Diagnosis and treatment of patients with or suspected of having a sexually transmitted disease
    • Confidential notification of partners who have been exposed to an STD
    • Appointment is required
    • Hours: Monday through Friday: 8am - 5pm
    • No fee for services

  • Rabies
